How you can pray....

Please pray for:
-answers to the pain in Beth's esophagus when she swallows
-answers to the pain in her chest which feels like heaviness
-that we both might know the peace of Christ as we walk through this situation
-strength, endurance, and patience as we walk into paths of unknown of pain and recovery
-guidance for the doctors as they attempt to diagnose the various issues
-comfort from the presence of Christ as we battle with feelings of loneliness, confusion, anger, and sadness
-wisdom as to how to prepare for Dale's final exams and papers
-in thanksgiving, those friends and family here in St. Louis who have provided meals, visited, listened, prayed, encouraged, and were tangible expressions of Christ's love

My dearest friend in the whole wide world... St. Louis has always been too far away from Virginia, but now it seems even farther! We have been praying continually for you... hope the words of little Micah this morning encourage you today: "Heavenly Favver, help Aunt Beffy feel all better soon because you wuv her." I love you, too, so very much, and I am praying that you find relief and comfort in Your Father's arms today!

Dale & Beth - please know we're praying for you - especially for clarity and wisdom for the doctors and relief from pain for you, Beth. Let us know how we can help! We're happy to bring meals, extra clothes, or just come provide comic relief if necessary :)

Hey Dale-
We're praying for Beth (and you too!) here in the office. Now that you know what's going on, you must feel relief somewhat. I pray that the love of family/friends, and most importantly God, surrounds you both and brings you peace.

Hey guys! Just wanted to let you know that we are praying for you. Please let us know if you need anything, you both know that I would love to cook you something! I am sure the Lord is with you, He is in control and already knows what will happen. Trust in Him and you will guide you and give you everything you need!

Love you,
Phillip and Heather

Dearest Beth, My prayers are with you as you struggle through this. I'm glad that your doctors seem to be taking good care of you. As for the nasty nurse, raise cain and they won't assign her to you anymore. A nurse who is not kind to his or her patients shoulsn't be a nurse. :) Love y'all! Veronica
